How to Make Farmers Cheese?

All what you will need:

Pour pasteurized milk in the saucepan: Put a gallon of milk in a medium or large pot and just bring to a boil – you want bubbles forming around the edges the the pot.


Pour starter culture to the pot: 


Pre heat milk to about 60 F then Pre Heat Oven, turn up oven light and incubate:






Get ready with another saucepan, colander and piece of cheesecloth for getting cheese form the milk process:



Put colander on the top of the saucepan and set a double layer of cheesecloth on the top because While the milk is dividing into curds and whey, line a colander or strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel and set it over a large bowl:



It will be like this when the milk is ready:



After milk has divided, pour the curds and whey into the waiting lined strainer. Now the cheese drained and you'r almost done!
